Abstract

The twenty-first century is well-known for technology; replacing the tasks that humans usually perform with machines is one of the emerging issues of this century. Human intelligence is a subset of cognitiveCognitive behaviors that are the psychologicalPsychological reflection of the neural connectionsConnections of our brains. Artificial intelligence (AI) is manufacturing machines and computer programsProgram that can mimic the functions of the human brain. This chapter will intensely discuss the human brain and AI approaches to problem-solving in medicine, chemistry, physics, and management. This chapter concludes by discussing the threats of utilizing AI and some ethicalEthical considerations.
