Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming cancer therapy by enhancing the development and optimization of nanocarriers. AI models predict nanocarrier performance by accurately forecasting interactions with cancer cells, drug loading and release, and targeting strategies. Through rapid analysis of large datasets, AI-powered screening formulates nanocarriers, accelerating the identification of candidates with optimal properties for targeting cancer cells effectively. Additionally, AI plays a crucial role in developing stimuli-responsive nanocarriers for cancer therapy by providing predictive insights into their behavior under specific physiological conditions, enabling precise control over drug release in response to cancer-specific stimuli. Integrating AI with nanocarriers in research promises more effective and personalized cancer treatments, significantly improving patient outcomes. © 2026 Scrivener Publishing LLC.
