Abstract

We describe a novel modified intranasal approach to minimize the complications of the impacted mesiodens surgical extraction. Also, it can be performed under local anesthesia with proper preoperative workup. © 2021 The Authors. Clinical Case Reports published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
