Abstract

The skull's aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) represents a rare benign non-neoplastic lesion that usually occurs before the 3rd decade of life. ABC frequently occurs in the long tubular bones. However, skull bone involvement remains rare and limited to the report of cases. The authors report a 17-year-old male with an ABC in his left frontal bone. A Gross total resection (GTR) was performed under general anesthesia accompanied by an en-block resection. Cranioplasty was performed using an accurately curved titanium mesh plate. Postoperative CT scan showed complete resection. © 2023
