Abstract

The International Organization of the Flavor Industry was founded in 1969 to guarantee a steady supply of high-quality flavorings. The International Organization of the Flavor Industry (IOFI) aims to advance the flavor industry globally. This organization has to advise governments on flavor additive safety. It collects and publishes data on flavoring legislation to its members and other groups interested in the topic.
