Abstract

In the oral cavity, adenoid cystic carcinomas of the buccal mucosa are extremely rare. Minor salivary grand adenoid cystic carcinoma should receive aggressive treatment to achieve negative surgical margins to inhibit recurrence. © 2020 The Authors.
